These three, newly-built adjoining cottages are located just 200 metres from the shores of Bosham creek on the Chichester Harbour. Laneside is owned and managed by the three star Millstream Hotel with its AA 2 Rosette Restaurant.
There are two, two bedroom and one one bedroom cottages, accommodating four and two people respectively. Each has been fully furnished to a high standard and is comprehensively equipped with leather sofas, flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and WiFi. The kitchens are fitted with a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The bedrooms have ample storage and a digital clock-radio-cd player. The bathrooms are fully fitted and have a mains pressure shower above the bath. In the rear landscaped garden, each cottage has has a patio sitting area with access to the communal BBQ and pergola covered dining area and a summer house with adjoining drying room. To have respect for other visitors, these cottages have been designated non-smoking and we and regret that we do not take pets.
Check-in and collect your keys from the Reception at the Millstream Hotel at any time after 4.00pm. Allocated off-street parking at Laneside is for one car per cottage. Additional parking is available in the public car park, 100 metres away. From Chichester or Havant take the A259 to Bosham. At the Swan Roundabout follow the signs for the Church and Quay. After 1000 metres turn right at the T-Junction (Berkley Arms Pub is on the right) into Bosham Lane. After 750 metres the Millstream Hotel is on the right. Collect your keys from Reception. Laneside is 100 metres further along Bosham Lane. Closest main train stations are at Havant (from Waterloo, fast) and Chichester (from Victoria, slow). There is a small train station at Bosham (but no Taxi Rank). There is an hourly bus service to and from Chichester that finishes at 6.30pm.
